What are the community, amenities and services available at Durrat Al Bahrain to residents ?
The 11 residential islands will have a Community Centre, a distinct single-storey building that is easily reached from the residential clusters. The community facilities on the islands include prayer halls, cafes, retail outlets and beach-changing facilities. The prayer halls on all islands adopt a circular outer shape. Vast stretches of landscape are woven aesthetically amidst the architecture. A series of landscaped courtyards enhance the sense of transition between buildings and persuade the passage of natural light and air into them.

Who are the main contractors ?
• The main infrastructure contractor was NassBurhan JV.
• The landscaping contractor is Rabya landscaping, the community facility buildings contractor was NassBurhan JV.
• The dredging and reclamation contractor is Great Lake and Nass JV. The villa contractors are, Fairuz 1 outer villas is Projects construction, Fairuz 1 inner villas, Chapo, Murjan 1 villas, Bokhowa Group, Murjan 2 villas, Koohaji Contractor, Murjan 3 and 4, G P Zachariades and Fairuz 2 and 3 inner and outer villas by Chapo.
• The Vacuum Sewerage installation by Zohal.

Who is responsible for providing the infrastructure and utilities ?
Durrat Al Bahrain is responsible for providing the infrastructure and utilities, and Durrat Resort Management (DRM) is responsible for the maintenance



Can the Purchaser alter the internal structure of his Villa ?
Yes, as long as these changes will not effect the structure of the villa. still, prior to making any modifications, The Purchaser would need to seek permission first from the Durrat Resort Management (DRM)



How do I get my water and electricity connected ?
All already connected



Is security available 24 hours a day ?

Is there a postal service available ?
Currently it has not yet been put into practice. However, Durrat Al Bahrain is currently working with “Bahrain post” for their postal services to be provided to the residents. The idea is to have individual mailboxes for each villa but only one P.O.Boxnumber, the address must include the villa number so that it can be delivered by the office to the actual mailbox



Can I make External Structural alterations to my property ?
All external “exterior construction, alteration or modification” to the property/ villa are prohibited and not allowed



Can I change the exterior color of my Villa ?
The external paintwork color Cannot be changed according to Durrat Al Bahrain rules and regulations/ guidelines to maintain the value and standards of the development. Having said that, the internal walls of your property can be painted according to your preference.



How do I get my telephone, satellite and internet connected ?
The owner can get any telephone service provider of their choice to do the job.



What is the size of the whole project ?
The project size area is 21.1 km2



What are the distances between the islands ?
Min 150m from Murjan to Fairuz , Max 600 from Fairuz to the next Fairuz Island.



Is there water desalination ?
Yes, capacity 20 million liters/day.
